Sofexi is extending its portable camera offer with a new Cat Eye active imaging camera developed by the French company Lhéritier. In day or night conditions, in rain, fog or smog, Cat Eye delivers excellent visibility.
The portable observation camera restitutes the eye’s natural vision (clear, sharp, realistic image) enabling facial identification up to 200 m at night and vehicle recognition at distances of over 8 km.
Precise, mobile and stand-alone, it has just one single Unique Optical Channel (Full HD) that it uses regardless of the observation mode (day, Low Light Level, night, associated with a unique active imaging technology, to ensure night vision. An excellent image quality that can record in video or photo mode to assist security and defence forces in their reconnoitring and surveillance missions.
OLED technology for the screen, 4-hour battery life or external power from LI-Ion batteries (military class), collection of essential information (compass, telemetrics, dating, etc.), all technical characteristics that are tailored to the missions of law and order forces, special forces and military intervention personnel.

Focus on the Hercules 5 UF (Unlimited Flight)
Through its x30 camera zoom, its thermal imaging camera and its power supply station on the ground with an 80-metre long cable, the Hercules 5 UF can provide 24 x 7 surveillance over a perimeter of 500 hectares with a secure data transmission link.
Its arms can be fully folded away, making it ultra-compact and easy to transport. Designed for inspection and surveillance missions, the Hercules 5 UF can be operational in about 15 minutes. An 80 m high observation point enables pictures to be transmitted in HD. A WI-FI hotspot to share an internet connection can be fitted to the drone in order to coordinate operations in the sector.

The Hercules 10 Protector is the system used by law enforcement authorities to control demonstrations.
The Hercules 10 Protector is fitted out with a system that can take up to 3 fully independent pressurised liquid bottles of 500 ml each. They can be triggered remotely up to a distance of 1.5km. The HD video feed enables precision spraying thus boosting the protection of security professionals on the ground.
