As part of its eco-friendly approach, Marck & Balsan has set up turnkey or tailor-made recycling solutions depending on the type of textile and equipment to be recycled:

TEXTILE PRODUCTS

• Various collection methods are possible depending on your needs: Containers, secure bags, etc.
• Centralisation on our logistics platforms.
• Recycling by fraying for reuse of textiles, with our partner.
• Recycled as thermal and phonic insulation. Component for the manufacturing of mattresses and panels for the automotive sector.
• The entire process is controlled, secure and transparent, to ensure traceability from collection to recycling. A certificate of recovery is given to the customer to certify treatment of 100% of the recovered waste.

TEXTILE PRODUCTS WITH PLASTIC

• Recycling by crushing and conversion into solid granules called pellets, with our partner.
• Recycled as fuels for cement kilns.
• The entire process is controlled, secure and transparent, to ensure traceability from collection to recycling. A certificate of recovery is given to the customer to certify treatment of 100% of the recovered waste.

ASSISTANCE TO CUSTOMERS IN THEIR RECYCLING PROCESS

• Creation of tools to raise awareness of the effects recycling approach.
• Explanation and understanding of the issues involved in textile recycling and good sorting practices.
• Setting up of voluntary collection points.
• Providing and/or delivering staff training modules on item maintenance conditions in order to increase their durability and ensure environmentally-friendly care.
• Donation of possible products.

BULLETPROOF VESTS & AEROSOLS

• Recycling of used bulletproof vests and aerosols in partnership with approved companies.
• Environmentally-friendly: Clean waste management, demilitarisation and denaturation of products.
• In partnership with certified destruction companies: treatment of 100% of waste in France and rapid delivery of handling and destruction certificates.
• Cost effective: billable by weight and degressive rate
