The merger
As part of its ongoing drive to improve its products and services, Groupe Marck decided to simplify and optimise its organisation to better serve its customers.
For this purpose, the business of all our group’s French subsidiaries have been merged into a single identity. This allows us to provide a global solution through a single legal entity.
This merger, effective as of 1 January 2021, concerns GROUPE MARCK, BALSAN, BBA, MARCK, SENTINEL and SOFEXI, which now operate under the name Marck & Balsan.

By building on and cultivating its values of humility, courage and loyalty, Marck & Balsan will continue to serve its customers and win new ones while including the necessary changes in our lifestyles.
